Luigi is the man! We were updating our bathroom and adding a laundry room to it. Luigi came out, accessed the old plumbing and then worked out a solution that was 'elegant' and efficient. He also handled the tub and vanity install along with all of the fixtures. Luigi is easy to work with, knowledgable, polite, responsive, punctual and reasonably priced. Call him. We were very happy with Luigi on a recent job we had done. Another “big” company from Chester springs came out 2x and we paid for a contract but we’re very unhappy with the work and the problem persisted. Why do they talk you into a gold plan or a silver plan when they can’t fix a simple problem? That’s why I was SO happy with Luigi. Our frost free outdoor faucet had broken and was leaking for an about a month and due to us being away we were unable to get it taken care of. I had called my regular plumber but he said that he was unavailable for 2 weeks and I didn’t want to wait that long. I looked on FB Yard Sale site and saw that Luigi came highly recommended. I called at 6:15pm hoping to just leave a message but Luigi graciously answered the call after hours and promised to be here on Monday 3pm for the repair. I had mentioned to him that I would be away on Monday but someone would be home to let him in for the repairs. Luigi called me this morning at 11am and wanted to know if he could repair the broken facet today. He came out with in 30 mins of our conversation and repaired the faucet under an hour and even checked and remounded another one of my outdoor faucets which was missing some screws. Luigi had said what it would cost when he came out and in the end, he came in under the quote. Highly recommend Luigi and his company. He was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations. Definitely highly recommend him. Saved his number for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Luigi.
